The objective of the FOUNDATION NEW ZEALAND YOUTH PIPE BAND is to provide opportunities for young pipers and drummers to learn and develop their musical skills by receiving tuition from some of the country's top bands people. New Zealand youth pipe band nurtures and develops young musicians under top flight tutors.
